You Inspect & Verify
You have 24 hours to check your RSI hangar and verify the item matches the listing. If anything's wrong, file a dispute immediately.
Confirm or Dispute
Click 'Confirm Delivery' if everything is correct. Or click 'File Dispute' if there's a problem. Our team reviews all disputes within 48-72 hours.
Funds Released or Refunded
After confirmation, funds are released to the seller. If you disputed and we rule in your favor, you get a full refund.
