2. RELIABLE DELIVERY

I will deliver within the promised timeframe (24-72h according to my commitment).

I will provide delivery evidence (screenshots, videos) for each transaction.
✓
I will confirm delivery only when the item has actually been delivered.
3. RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION

I will actively monitor my registered email for order and dispute notifications.
✓
I will respond within 24-48 hours to buyer and platform requests.
✓
I will resolve disputes in good faith by prioritizing dialogue and transparency.
✓
I will NOT communicate directly with buyers outside the platform messaging system.
✓
All communications with buyers must go through the StarShipDealers platform to ensure transparency, security, and proper record-keeping.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

I will comply with platform policies regarding prohibited items and fair practices.

I understand the consequences of violations: suspension, penalties, or permanent exclusion.
